How to use QR Codes as Paper Based Hyperlinks

QR codes (Quick Response codes) are those square barcode things.. they have been popular in SE Asia for a while now, but are only just starting to take off with the use of smart phones.  This is an example of a QR Code:
Take a picture on your mobile, and your smart phone QR reader will jump to the encoded hyperlink.  Great for posters, flyers, catalogues and business cards.
